Superprime Films announces the signing of Molly Gordon, a versatile director and acclaimed actress, to its team of visionary directors. Molly brings a wealth of artistic talent, creativity, and a unique perspective to Superprime, further enriching the company’s diverse portfolio.

Molly Gordon is a director and actress, best known for her roles in ‘The Bear’ and ‘Booksmart.’ She starred, co-directed and co-wrote the musical comedy ‘Theater Camp’ which had its world premiere at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival where it won the Dramatic Special Jury Award for Ensemble. The film was bought by Searchlight Pictures, and was the studio’s strongest limited opening since 2019.

As an actress, her other credits include: Shiva Baby (John Cassavetes Award), Good Boys, Life Of The Party, Ramy, Netflix’s You People opposite Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jonah Hill, and Eddie Murphy, and Adam McKay’s HBO series Winning Time.

Molly Gordon joins Superprime Films not only as an accomplished director but as a trailblazer in comedy.
